4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted or uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our email containing:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

Leone Templates complies with Google AdSense Publisher Policies regarding copyright infringement. We do not distribute pirated files or illegal downloads. Ads served on our platform are managed by Google AdSense and any copyright disputes regarding advertised goods or services should be reported directly to the respective advertisers or Google's ad complaint channels.
